116 half tide berths catering for craft up to 20-00m Access approximately two hours before and two and a half hours after high tide Fresh water and a number of electric points are located on the pontoon.Electric points are also located at top of gangways Annual rates 2007 - 2008 • All craft will be charged on their overall length and to the nearest 0.1 of a metre. • Minimum chargeable length: 6.10m • Lengths between 6.10m and 7.20m are charged on a graduated reduced scale. • A 10% surcharge will be raised if the account is settled by a monthly standing order. • Should you wish to relinquish your berth for any reason, one months notice is required. • Periods of less than 12 months will be charged at seasonal rates applicable. • If the berth has been paid for in full, a refund will be given based on current summer and winter storage rates charged by the Hayling Yacht Co Ltd.   Charge rates ex VAT • £167.00 per metre per annum • £136.20 per metre for 7 month Summer Period (as available) (April, May, June, July,    August, September, October) • £26.00 per metre per month in Summer Period (as available) • £6.15 per metre per week in Summer Period (as available) • £1.20 per metre per day in Summer Period (as available)           © Copyright 2004 The Hayling Yacht Co.
